VINlFICATION
The preparation of the different varieties was undertaken separately in order to obtain the maximun varietal properties. This wine was matured in barrels to achieve greater complexity.
TASTING NOTES
It has a lively cherry colour of medium to high intensity, with ruby highlights at its edges. The bouque is powerful, with dominant fruity aromas with nuances of maturity along the lines of drying, spicy and mature fruit. To the palate it is ample and with body. Well structured, rounded and without edges.
