Vinification
• Manual selection of grains.
• Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures.
• Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C.
• It rested in French oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use (70% of the wine), for a period of 8 – 10 months, before being stored in bottles for a minimum of 6 months before its release.
Tasting Notes
Intense violet, deep dark.
Wide floral aroma, especially violets, and red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries.
It presents soft tannins of great volume, which give it a long and refined finish.
Serve at 16°C.
