Tasting notes: Intense red color with bordeaux tints. Clear and typical notes of the variety when grown in high altitude mountains are expressed in the aromas: calahorra pepper, chili pepper, mint, eucalyptus, tomato leaves, basil, thyme and jarilla. In the mouth you can appreciate its great volume and intensity, it has a creamy and intense texture with a persistent finish.

The nose is bathed in complexity with a unique, lifted sage and thyme character that combines with dark licorice, dark plums, cloves and dark chocolate. Suave and very tightly wound on the palate, which is medium-to full-bodied and replete with umami and velvety sensations throughout. Great acidity bite, especially on the chewy finish. Drink in 2024.
