Tasting notes
Eyes: Straw yellow, copper reflections, slightly hazy. Fine long lasting mousse.
Nose: Aromas of fresh and baked apple. Inviting.
Mouth: Fresh and elegant, pure and neat expression, cooked apple flesh and tart Tatin, nicely balanced by a nice freshness, brought by the effervescence. Leaves a pleasant sensation in the mouth. Thirst-quenching.
