Dominio de Pingus is one of Spain’s most iconic and sought-after wine estates, founded by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck in Ribera del Duero. Produced in extremely limited quantities, Pingus wines are celebrated for their intensity, purity, and exceptional aging potential.

Crafted primarily from old-vine Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) grown on low-yielding parcels, Dominio de Pingus wines are made using meticulous vineyard practices and minimal intervention in the cellar. The result is a distinctive expression of Ribera del Duero terroir—powerful yet precise, structured yet refined.

Alongside the flagship Pingus, the estate produces Flor de Pingus and PSI, each offering a different interpretation of Sisseck’s philosophy while maintaining the estate’s hallmark balance and depth.
